Privacy & Data Protection (KVKK) Notice

At PeyzajArt, we value the privacy of your personal data. This notice has been prepared to explain, within the scope of Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698), the purposes and legal grounds for which the personal data we collect from you is processed, with whom it is shared, and your rights in this regard.

1. Data Controller

Your personal data is processed by PeyzajArt, acting as the data controller, within the scope described below.

2. Personal Data Processed

If you fill out the contact, custom production or price request forms on our website, only the following data that you share in these forms is processed:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Company / organization name (if you choose to share it)
  • Message, request and project/product details

We process this data only to the extent and voluntarily as you convey it to us; you can also browse our products without filling out the forms.

3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Receiving your contact requests and getting back to you
  • Evaluating your custom production and price requests and providing a quote
  • Carrying out order, dealership and sales processes
  • Answering your questions about our products and services

4. Legal Grounds for Processing

Your personal data is processed based on the following legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK:

  • Being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (quote, order and dealership processes),
  • Data processing being necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller (responding to requests and managing customer relations),
  • The presence of your explicit consent where required.

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data is not sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is shared only with technical infrastructure providers, such as the email / SMTP service providers we use to deliver forms and get back to you, and only to the extent required by the service. Your personal data is not transferred abroad.

6. Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for as long as the purpose for which it is processed requires and for the legal retention periods stipulated in the relevant legislation. Once the purpose no longer applies and the legal retention obligation ends, your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

7. Your Rights Under KVKK

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to the data controller you have the following rights:

  • To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
  • To request information about it if it has been processed,
  • To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
  • To request the correction of incompletely or incorrectly processed data,
  • To request the deletion or destruction of the data within the conditions provided by law,
  • To request that the actions taken be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
  • To object to a result arising against you due to the analysis of the processed data exclusively by automated systems,
  • To request the compensation of the damage in case you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of the data.

To exercise these rights, you can send your requests to iletisim@peyzajart.com. Your application will be concluded as soon as possible and in any case within the legal time limits.

8. Cookies

Only technical (mandatory) cookies required for the proper functioning of the site are used on our website. These cookies enable basic functions to be carried out and do not serve marketing purposes that identify individuals. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies are used on our site.
