From Mold to Final Product — Production from Scratch
Mold Design & Production
Every product begins with custom molds designed with engineering precision. Molds produced in our own mold workshop ensure consistent quality in serial production.
Fiber Application
Glass fiber reinforced polyester (GRP) material is carefully applied to the molds. This process gives the products both lightness and high durability.
Shaping & Quality Control
Products with completed fiber application are removed from the mold and prepared for surface treatment. Each product is individually inspected for quality.
Paint Shop & Finishing
In our professional in-house paint shop, products are painted in the desired color and finish. Matte, gloss, marble effect and more are possible.
Delivery
Products that pass quality control are carefully packaged and delivered to our customers. We deliver across Turkey and internationally.
